KITCHEN

We understand the need for quality food prep facilities to serve large groups. We hope you will find everything you need to empower your inner cook to create feast that won’t soon be forgotten. Having the right knife to prepare your meal is important. Our cabinets have a large selection of pots, pans, and kettles to allow you to cook for crowds of people. Our drawers have a wide variety of knives and vegetable peelers for all your cooking needs.

• Coffee Bar 

• With our Ultima Casa coffee machine, you can grind your own coffee beans and create your own perfect latte or cup of coffee. (Note: Coffee beans not

provided)

• There is a Keurig coffee machine there if you want to take K-Cups along.

• Large indoor kitchen

• 2 Whirlpool gas ranges with 5 burners on top and 2 bakers on the bottom

• Microwave

• Refrigerators (WE HAVE THREE!) There are 3, full size, refrigerators available for you to use to keep your food cold. These refrigerators have ice and water dispensers in the doors.

Note:  No dishwasher.

OUTDOOR KITCHEN

Take your food prep outside for easier clean up!

• Two Burners

• Hood - There is a fan and lights on the hood above the griddle with easy touch buttons on the front.

• 5 ft. Wide stainless steel griddle is ideal for making large amounts of food.

• Pellet Grill

• Sink: From Oct. 1 to April 30, the outdoor kitchen is drained and winterized. You wont be able to use it to wash dishes. Thank you for understanding.

• Trash Cans: To the left of the griddle, there is a hole that goes to 2 trash cans. Please empty these trash cans when necessary and dispose of trash at the end of your stay. These trashcans can be accessed by the drawer on the outside the kitchen.
